GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION

DRIVER'S LICENCE: Renters and drivers must be over the age of 23 and be in possession of a valid drivers licence.

FUEL: Fuel is not included in the rate. All cars leave the depot with a full tank of fuel and are refuelled on return for the hirer's account.

RATES: The rates are inclusive of unlimited kms, full insurance cover and VAT unless otherwise stipulated.

LIABILITY: Renters are liable for tyre, rim damage, hub caps and traffic offences.

BORDERS: No car may be taken over the borders of South Africa without written authorisation.

EXTENTIONS OF RENTALS: At least 24 hours notification of renters intention to extend is needed.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Cash and all major credit cards.

CONDITION OF RENTAL: Rentals must begin and end in Cape Town.
